Dear DRRs, DRREs, DRRNs, IPDRRs, PDRRs, APRRC Malaysia Delegates and members of the APRRC Pilipinas working committees

Please be informed that we will have a Christmas Party on Dec. 20, 2007, 6:00 p.m. at Citimotors, Makati City. FYI, This is final na po:>

I was asked by SDG Magic to inform you all pero di ibig sabihin ako lang po ang mag-aasikaso ha :> I really need your help especially malapit na po ito. This Thursday na po. Can’t text you all, so pls. help me inform the group.

To all IPDRRs, pls. invite members of the APRRC Pilipinas working committee in your district and inform them about the details of our xmas party. Also, txt txt tayo kung ano assigned committee kau ha. ex. Program, Registration etc. (like last year po)

To all the DRRs, kindly invite all Rotaractors who attended the APRRC Malaysia and kau n din po mag-inform re xmas party details.

To all the DRREs, DRRNs, and PDRRs invited po kau lahat.

Please take note of these:
1. Attire: Statement Shirt (best statement shirt will receive a
special prize)
2. Registration fee: P200 (for food and prizes)
3. There will be raffle prizes (c/o sir magic hehehe)
4. Exchange gift: P100
5. Last, please come on time.

Need confirmation po 2mrw until 1pm. Sir Magic need to know head count for food reservation. Pls. reply.

Also, kung ilan po ang dineclare na participants per district, umattend or hindi po eh babayaran daw.
